The Sacred Heart Model School Facts
Sacred Heart Model School seeks to challenge each child as an individual and prepare him or her for achieving both academic and personal success.

Sacred Heart Model School embraces cultural diversity and all religious faiths.

Small class size keeps students actively involved in learning, while the nurturing, supportive environment encourages the development of basic skills and problem-solving abilities that will last a lifetime. Highly trained, caring faculty involve themselves personally with all aspects of a student's learning experience.

The term "model" refers to the training of teachers who came to Sacred Heart Model School from Ursuline College (which merged with Bellarmine University in 1968). Because the name exemplifies use of the best and most progressive teaching practices, the school remains a Model School.
