The Sacred Heart Schools Annual Fund encourages parents, alumni, faculty/staff, students, grandparents, parent of alumni and friends to recall and renew their Sacred Heart ties by making annual gifts. These gifts strengthen each school’s ability to serve students, faculty and staff through teaching innovations, updating technology, and for some schools, tuition assistance. Your support to the Annual Fund goes directly to the school or schools of your choice as a personal expression of your commitment to Sacred Heart Schools, its students, programs and goals. When you make a gift to the Annual Fund, not only are you contributing to our ability to positively impact the lives of students from the age of 1 to 17 but you are also assisting in the preservation of unique educational experience for future generations. Your gift is truly appreciated and will make a difference this year in the lives of students and faculty.

This campus-wide fundraiser is held in the fall and is the only major fundraising event that families are asked to support. Proceeds from the dinner, auction and raffle directly benefit the Sacred Heart Academy, Sacred Heart Model School, Sacred Heart Preschool and Sacred Heart School for the Arts.

Annual Fund and Interlude income support the annual operating expenses of our four campus schools but do not fund long-term facility needs, such as construction or renovation of buildings and campus preservation. Occasionally, the Sacred Heart Schools Board of Trustees will identify essential facility needs, and all SHS parents, alumni and their parents, grandparents, faculty/staff and the trustees are asked to make major gifts and pledges toward meeting these goals.

The Ursuline United Capital Campaign will expand the hearts, minds and horizons of today’s students and future generations of students. Expansion and renovation of buildings and classrooms, coupled with campus road improvements, will ensure that Sacred Heart Schools remains a premier character building academic institution where the Ursuline Sisters’ holistic education model is revered.
