The Sacred Heart Academy Dance Team won the State Championship Large Varsity Jazz Division at the Kentucky Dance Coach Organization's State dance competition held February 27. The team also placed second in the hip hop division and received the "Best Costume" award.

Team members are Abby Berger, Alexa Black, Alex Hepfinger, Hannah Higgins, Jessica Meiman, Sarah Miller, Rachel Minogue, Jessie Minto, Karsen Moore, Haley Parrott, Macy Parrott, Kaitlin Pierce, Tori Richie Samantha Stewart, Elizabeth Vorholt, Amber Wade, and Taylor Wight. Brittany Barnett coaches the team.
