Sacred Heart Academy understands the importance of keeping our parents informed of the progress of their daughter, as well as events at Sacred Heart Academy and Sacred Heart Schools. Following are some of the ways in which the SHA administration communicates to our parents and students.

is an on-line system for grades, teacher/classroom management tools, student “lockers” (folders), surveys and forms, school messages, and more. Edline is accessed via the web and is password protected. Parents and students are encouraged to log onto Edline weekly to stay on top of class progress, assignments and projects, school messages, grades, and more.

is an emergency alert system that allows parents and students to receive an e-mail, text message or phone call in the event of a weather-related school closing or other school emergency. Students and parents must enroll in Dean Alert annually.

is a monthly newsletter published 10 times per year by the Parents’ Association. The newsletter is mailed and is also posted on the web site.

is published by the Sacred Heart Schools Office of Institutional Advancement and is the alumnae quarterly newsletter. The newsletter contains information of interest to alumnae, as well as current SHA news. The newsletter is mailed to SHA alumnae and SHA families. The newsletter is also posted on the web site.

is published three times a year by the Sacred Heart Schools Office of Institutional Advancement. The newsletter covers current news from Sacred Heart Academy, Sacred Heart Model School, Sacred Heart Preschool, Sacred Heart School for the Arts, and Sacred Heart Schools. The Link is mailed to all campus families. It is also posted on the web site.
