Jeanne Byron Flowers '59 was selected as the 2009 National Catholic Educational Association's Region 5 Distinguished Principal. Jeanne has been the principal of St. Albert for 12 years. She was selected for the honor from more than 6,000 principals in Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Claire Alagia '76 is being honored at the Annual Salute to Catholic School Alumni for her significant contributions to the community.

Donna Bender Moir '79 has been appointed to the Kentucky High School Athletic Association Basketball Advisory Committee. Donna is in her 19th year as varsity coach of the SHA basketball team, the most for girls’ coaches.

Kelly Ford '82 was nominated for a 2009 CMA (Country Music Assocation) On-Air Personality of the Year – Major Market awards. Kelly is a radio personality on the KYGO-Denver radio show "Kelly Ford and Mudflap McGrew with Ed Greene." Kelly has won three CMA major market awards in 2002, 2004 and 2006.

Rachel Meuler '95 has been invited by the Rabbithole Gallery in Brooklyn, New York to have a month-long solo show in March. Rachel works in an art studio in Queens and teaches art, film and photography at the Loyola School in Manhatten. View Rachel's art.

Erica Olson '03 graduated from Boston College in 2007. She is now journeying to El Salvador as a Maryknoll Lay Missioner for the next three years. E-mail Erica.
